Silver Fern Kinesiology Tape is a therapeutic tape, effective for treating a wide range of sports injuries. K-tape can be applied to injured joints, muscles, or tendons to reduce swelling and prevent further complications as it lifts the skin, allowing increased lymphatic fluid and blood flow reducing pressure, friction and pain.
