How do I open an account?
All NZ schools are automatically eligible for an account. All other customers need their order to be accompanied with a cheque or payment direct credited to Strata Sports’ bank account before the goods are dispatched.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We try to keep our courier prices low. As a guide, Auckland $8, North Island $12, South Island $22. Rural delivery addresses an extra $7. (Please request a freight quote for Waiheke Island.) For large orders or bulky items, an extra charge may apply. Smaller orders may be charged at a lesser rate at staff’s discretion. Feel free to ask for a freight quote.
Do you have any kind of guarantee?
Be reassured, we stand behind our products and will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. We guarantee our products for 12 months against damage from fair wear and tear. For some items, “back to base warranty” may apply. Faulty garments less than 12 months old may be either repaired or replaced. In case of replacement, customer’s own embroidery/printing may not be covered.

Can we swap products or return them if we change our mind?
It depends on which product was purchased, how long ago they were purchased and whether they’ve been used. Some products attract a 15% restocking fee from our own suppliers. Some of our suppliers also have a deadline for returns after which time, they won’t accept them back. A couple of our suppliers also charge a fee if garments aren’t returned folded correctly in their original plastic bags with tags still attached and in good condition ($15 + GST which we have to pass on to our customer). Feel free to email and check if you’re in doubt.
Any quoted delivery times are estimates only. We do our best to ensure products are delivered within quoted time frames (if not earlier) but it is not a guarantee of a delivery date as there are often factors outside our control which can affect delivery.
