This heavy duty hoop uses a ring manufactured from 20mm diameter steel. Galvanised and then powder coated orange, suitable for indoor or outdoor use. If used on outdoor towers, the hoop can be rigid mounted using the appropriate kit, or alternatively, a removable slide out kit can be utilised to allow the hoop to be removed to prevent unauthorised play. Net included.

Outdoor Heavy Duty Basketball/Netball Tower – 4 Way

This robust 4 way heavy duty tower features a RHS steel post and cross arms which supports two international sized backboards complete with their full steel frames and stays plus two netball hoops.
Each backboard overhangs the posts by 1.2 metres and all steel work is hot dip galvanised for maximum corrosion protection. The backboards are manufactured from marine bonded plywood which is fully painted and finished with regulation line markings.
Also available is a removable fixing kit (G030/026) to attach the hoops to the backboard, this is an extra cost.
Use with ground sleeve (G060/040) which means the tower can be removed. A solid and secure footing is required in the ground and we can supply recommendations as to size and depth.

Allow approx 8-12 weeks for manufacturing. Made in New Zealand.

A fixed height basketball tower similar to G030/055 but using a 76mm diameter post. A netball ring is fitted to the back of the post. Comes with stainless steel wheels including 2 braked wheels. The unit allows the tower to be reversed for netball or basketball. Fitted with primary sized glass backboard and a powdercoated Samson hoop. This unit has been hot dipped galvanised and powdercoated for long lasting durability.

This tower features a 75 x 75 mm RHS post with a 900mm backboard overhang at full hoop height of 3.05m. The backboard is primary size (1200 x 800mm) manufactured from safety glass and is line marked. All steel work is hot dip galvanised then powdercoated and the system is supplied with a G030/035G Samson Non Sprung Hoop and basketball net. Use with ground socket G060/037 if required.

The design of our heavy duty basketball tower has been proven with many years of service with councils, schools and even prisons around New Zealand.

The design features a post fabricated from 100 x 100 SHS steel which supports an international safety glass backboard with an overhang of 1.5 metres. Top stays maximise the durability of this unit and all steelwork is hot dipped galvanised for ultimate corrosion protection and powdercoated. The system is supplied with a Galvanised Samson Non Sprung Basketball hoop and net.

The post can either be permanently concreted into the ground or the optional ground sleeve (G060/041) can be used which means the tower can be removed.

Regulation and 'Kiwi' height settings are provided and you can add intermediate heights yourself if required. The backboard is primary size (1200mm x 800mm) manufactured from safety glass. It is supported on a 'Spida' style bracket. All steel work is hot dip galvanised and the system is supplied with a Samson non sprung hoop and net. Use with ground socket G060/037 if required. Combine the codes of both netball and basketball with an easy to use rotatable system.

Height is adjustable which means that the system can be used for all levels: regulation or Kiwi height for both basketball and netball. Made in New Zealand and built to last, this combination system will stand up to the rigours of school life. This system requires a ground sleeve socket which is included in the price. The unit has been upgraded to include a Samson Heavy Duty Hoop.

Outdoor Reversible Tower International

An outdoor reversible tower is a very good option when space is limited and this one is built tough to last. We have other reversible towers to choose from too:

Primary Outdoor Basketball Tower – Reversible – a fixed height tower using 65nb post. A netball ring is fitted to the back of the post. The unit comes complete with a special ground socket which allows the tower to be reversed for netball or basketball. 1200 x 800mm primary size backboard with a 600mm projection. Hoop heights 3.05m but can be cut down to 2.6m (kiwi height) if required – please advise. Nets not included.

Reversible Primary Tower Height Adjustable – An adjustable height reversible tower. A netball ring is fitted to the back of the post. The unit comes complete with a special ground socket which allows the tower to be reversed for netball or basketball. Similar to the Primary Tower – Reversible.

Intermediate Outdoor Basketball Tower – Reversible – A fixed height reversible basketball tower using 80nb post. A netball ring is fitted to the back of the post.
