PAYMENT

Direct credit to ANZ Bank 06 0401 0250019 00 or cheques payable to Strata Sports Ltd.  Account holders terms 20^th month following date of order.   Non account holders – payment to Strata Sports Ltd bank account or payment by cheque (needs to clear) before goods are dispatched.

ACCOUNT 

All NZ schools are automatically eligible for an account. Clubs may apply for an account by contacting our office. Non account holders need their order to be accompanied with a cheque or payment direct credited to Strata Sports’ bank account as detailed above.

PRICES 

Strata Sports will hold prices if possible but has the right to alter prices as a result of influences outside their control or error.  Customers will be advised of any price increase before goods are dispatched if found that Strata Sports’ suppliers have increased costs and not advised Strata Sports of the increase.

WARRANTY

Our products have a 12 month back to base warranty against damage from fair wear and tear. 

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION

Occasionally, product supplied may differ in appearance to catalogue/website due to design changes or necessary substitution.

FREIGHT GUIDE

Auckland $8, North Island $12, South Island $22. Rural delivery extra $7. Small orders may be charged at a lesser rate at the discretion of staff. Large or bulky orders may incur an extra freight charge. We try to keep our freight charges low.  Prices include GST.

RISK

Risk of all products shall pass to the purchaser on delivery.

RETURNS

In regards to non-faulty products, in most cases, goods can be returned for a credit or exchange.  Please contact Strata Sports first by email to discuss which products can and can’t be returned.  In a few cases there is a 15% re-stocking fee and a 7 day time limit depending on the item being returned.  If goods are accepted for return, they need to be in their original packaging (if supplied) and in saleable condition.

Used or customer-damaged products can’t be accepted for a refund.  Please check you’re happy with the order you receive before any markings are applied to the product/s.  This also applies to garments as they can’t be returned if decorated (embroidered/printed etc) even if the incorrect products were sent in error initially by either Strata Sports or any of its suppliers.  For garments found to have a manufacturing fault after they’ve been decorated, the garment may either be repaired or replaced. Strata Sports will not be responsible for paying for decoration on a replacement garment however.  Faulty garments need to be advised within 28 days.

Any quoted delivery times are estimates only.  We do our best to ensure products are delivered within quoted time frames (if not earlier) but it is not a guarantee of a delivery date as there are often factors outside our control which can affect delivery.

ACCURACY

We do our best to make sure our listings are correct at time of entry.  However, occasionally errors do occur so we reserve the right to amend details as inaccuracies come to light.  We also reserve the right to cancel any orders as we may see fit.

How do I open an account?

We try to keep our courier prices low.  As a guide, Auckland $8, North Island $12, South Island $22.  Rural delivery addresses an extra $7.  For large orders or bulky items, an extra charge may apply.  Smaller orders may be charged at a lesser rate at staff’s discretion.  Feel free to ask for a freight quote. 

Do you have a catalogue?

Yes, we do have a small catalogue but our website is the best place to view our entire product range.  

Do you have any kind of guarantee?

Be reassured, we stand behind our products and will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.  We guarantee our products for 12 months against damage from fair wear and tear. For some items, “back to base warranty” may apply.  Faulty garments less than 12 months old may be either repaired or replaced.  In case of replacement, customer’s own embroidery/printing may not be covered.

Can we swap products or return them if we change our mind?

It depends on which product was purchased, how long ago they were purchased and whether they’ve been used.  Some products attract a 15% restocking fee from our own suppliers.  Some of our suppliers also have a deadline for returns after which time, they won’t accept them back.  A couple of our suppliers also charge a fee if garments aren’t returned folded correctly in their original plastic bags with tags still attached and in good condition ($15 + GST which we have to pass on to our customer).   Feel free to email and check if you’re in doubt.

Can we get our logo printed on the products?

It is possible to get your logo printed on any balls in the ‘Stratus’ range.  This option is available once or twice per year for orders over 50 balls. The cost is $95 (inc GST) and logos must be emailed to us. Having your logo printed on the balls saves you time naming your valued equipment and makes your club/school stand out.  Send us an email to check when our next logo promotion is running – enquiries@stratasports.co.nz.

Can we use your balls as a fundraiser for our club/school?

Yes, this could be a great way for your club or school to raise extra money with an added benefit – it gets more balls into the homes of your members/students. If you would like to find out how this could work for your club or school just ask.  This option is only available with our own Stratus range of balls.

Can I join your emailing list?

Absolutely! We find this is the best way to reach our customers with our specials.
